The pricing below reflects out-of-pocket cost. We work with some select insurance plans.
Medication Management Only
Initial Visit/Evaluation (1-2 hours) — $300
Follow Up Visit (20-30 minutes) - $125
Follow Up Visit (40-60 minutes) - $175
Brief psychotherapy added on to appointment time is subject to an additional $50 fee for each 30 minute time block, as needed.
Therapy Only (No Medication Management)
Initial Intake (1-2 hours) — $300 45 Minutes — $100
60 Minutes — $150
90 Minutes — $200
Medication Management (including integrative interventions) with Brief Therapy Initial Visit/Evaluation (1-3 hours) — $300
30 Minutes — $175
60 Minutes — $250
Bundle Pricing (out-of-pocket only)
3 Visits (20-30 minute medication follow ups): $400
5 Visits (20-30 minute medication follow ups): $650
3 Visits (psychotherapy only, 45 minutes): $ 400 5 Visits (psychotherapy only, 60 minutes): $ 650
Integrative Psychiatric Treatment*
Initial Visit/Consultation (1-3 hours) — $300
Follow Up Visit (30 minutes) - $125 Follow Up Visit (40+ minutes) - $175
* Some insurance plans do not cover integrative provider visits, labs, or other testing. Please check with insurance prior to visit. If services are not covered at time of visit, we can provide a “super bill,” which can be submitted to insurance for possible partial or total reimbursement (PLEASE NOTE: CDPHP DOES NOT ACCEPT “Super Bills” for reimbursement, services not covered by insurance at time of visit will be the responsibility of the patient).

Paperwork completion (FMLA forms, ESA letters, letters to supervisors, schools, etc.) is not included in insurance visit pricing, unless the paperwork is completed during an appointment. The cost for paperwork done outside of appointment time is $25 per page.
